1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re shopping from within the United States or internationally. The shipping methods and delivery timelines are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the day your order is processed.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery to select areas. Please note that additional charges may apply for this service.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times for international orders are typically between 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.- Customs Fees & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are separate from the cost of shipping and are not included in the price of your order.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by the destination, shipping method, and size of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, so you can review it before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50.
- Expedited and International Shipping: Expedited and international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and service selected.
Please note that shipping fees for international orders may vary depending on the country, and customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Important Note: Processing times may take longer during peak seasons or special promotions. We encourage customers to place their orders early during these times to avoid delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the tracking number provided through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
If you experience any issues with tracking, or if the tracking information is not updated, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you promptly.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@exquisiteshimmer.com.
We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.
- International Shipping Restrictions: While we do offer international shipping, there may be some countries or regions where we cannot deliver due to shipping carrier limitations or legal restrictions. If your country is not supported, we will notify you during the checkout process.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your jewelry, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on unused, undamaged products. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange an item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Address Accuracy
To avoid delays in delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Exquisite Shimmer is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
